Need some coffee to tie you over? With every batch I roast, there is always a little left-over coffee. (After all, I need some for myself, right?)

I combine this coffee into a bin I call “sweepings”. It’s still really good coffee, just a bit older. And it’s usually a blend of at least two different coffees.
