Honduras, Cafe Solar®
Grown in the Yoro region of Honduras, using a new method called Integrated Open Canopy, this coffee is produced in partnership by my friends at Merchants of Green Coffee, the Mesoamerican Development Institute, and the Women-managed COMISUYL Cooperative.
You can read the story about this great coffee on the MGC website
Cupping notes:
Syrupy, balanced mouthfeel with a medium body and acidity. Aromas of toffee, hint of nuts and earthy grain. Lightly roasted this coffee has hints of honey and floral notes. Hints of cocoa in darker roasts.
I typically take this coffee to a medium roast.
