This is a blend of two different beans from Colombia:

• a natural, sun-dried, Pink Bourbon variety full of character and uniqueness, and
• an organic washed bean.

The earthy, sweet, full-bodied natural bean blends well with the juicy, chocolatey, clean, washed bean. Chris roasts each variety separately in two different styles (medium and Viennese), and Gooderham’s elves blend it all together… for a Colombian Holiday in your mouth!
